– Introduced to this by The West Wing Weekly political film show (aside – 100% recommended podcast listening), I half expected it to deliver much more than it does. It’s not bad, and is surely prophe(s)tic given the cult of Donald Trump and where it has left America, but perhaps that’s the reason it is so utterly unenjoyable. When the punchline comes true, it’s not a joke anymore. One doomscroll on your social media hellscape of choice will deliver more horrors, more satire, and more political insanity than anything here.
