– very good fun, even if the actual mystery is too easily solvable. I wanted more intrigue, to be genuinely baffled like in the best magic tricks, and for the reveal to feel cleverer and more satisfying. Nonetheless, the characters are entertaining, the jokes funny, the political and social commentary smart (albeit too on the nose), and the overall narrative web is spun well. I could do with a few more decent whodunnits in my cinematic diet.
